Lo and behold, there were tiki torch marches just like the ones in ukraine, brand spanking new nazi flags, very nice rehearsed marches on movie quality cameras, and finally a 400 lb chick dies of a heart attack after spooking one of the guys.

Back when we were on Reddit, I was accused of "concern trolling" a lot because I was always pointing out likely unintended consequences of certain ideas that were popular at the time, or actions Trump was taking, or that kind of thing.

But every time I voiced reason, people called me a concern troll and said I was just trying to undermine confidence in Trump or sow seeds of doubt among his supporters.

Mod response to deport requests has improved.
Do to the significant increase in the number of posts, only a few choice posts receive any significant discussion. Obviously, the most discussion occurs on posts that have been "stickied."
Also, due to the significant increase in the number of posts, there are more duplicate posts of articles or topics, causing comments to be spread across multiple posts.
There really is no easy solution to the duplicate post problem without the Mods getting involved. Maybe they could add some server logic to see if the URL has already been posted.
Before I post an article I do a search on a keyword or two in the title, then sort by "New" (I wish this was the default). If I find a recent match then I don't post the article. If there are comments on the recent post I will usually browse them and maybe join the discussion.
This is a general process for good organizations. The founders tend to be the most purified and refined of people, but as time progresses they tend to attract cockroaches who only spend time in crowds and spend little to any time on their own developing unique thoughts indicative of their inquisitorial manner.
