Our problem is not just government, it's the people too. I don't know if this country will ever overcome this chasm. The people are so ideologically divided and it will take an act of God (or maybe a massive war) to bring us back together. Where are we going as a country where the split between left and right is growing exponentially bigger by the day. Right now Trump is the only one who seems to be successfully reuniting the right and center and maybe a bit of the left of center. However, Trump feels like a once in a lifetime type, who could ever even attempt to fill his shoes and deal with such hostility?
