This is honestly a shitty practice that both the democrats and republicans have been doing for a long time but the democrats have been particularly out of control with it especially under the obama admin. Remember those insanely huge bloated 1200+ page bills like obamacare that had huge amounts of unrelated shit included in it?

This practice need to be made illegal. If Congress work on any kind of legislation, it should only include things that are reasonably relevant to that particular legislation.
