It seemed pretty apparent that Fredo wasn’t listening to Ted but instead was taking his next talking point from the producer. If Cruz has asked for Fredo to recount what Ted has said at any time, I doubt he would have been able to. Instead he would have used the Biden tactic and been like, I don’t have to. The people heard it.
