That picture was apparently from the "Biden Beach Bash '16" according to the original Twitter picture posted by Steve Scully.
So it's probably not due to HCQ for the stupid coronavirus. I'm sure Pedo Joe was traveling to some totally unknown island by the name of Little St. James and didn't want to get malaria.
Dude, he's old. He's had the top of his head off twice for surgery. He's probably got a host of issues just from old age. His skin looks rode hard and put away wet from tanning, he might have had a mild case of skin cancer or some other issue they were treating with antibiotics. Old people have bizarre things happen to their bodies, just from age, and from Big Pharma getting a hold of you.
Knew an old guy who had a finger that wouldn't bend. Claimed it happened in a sporting accident. Turned out he was a pedo. I like to hope it was the family of one of his victims did it to him.

Edit: could also be chemo drugs. Hard to tell from that picture. But either way it's not a good look for them and they need to cover it up.
