Bless Macron's heart, the little guy tries so hard but I don't think he's succeeded in a single foreign policy initiative. Gotta sting after failing in Lebanon, Trump swoops in and suddenly Israel and Lebanon are going to begin discussions on maritime disagreements and ending the decades long war.
