Its hard to find replacements. With judiciary appointments, you have a long list of precedents of their work, you know what they are all about. With the intelligence and military establishment you only have people who claim they followed orders in the past and now will tell you they will follow your order. You can replace a few as soon as they show their true colours but not the whole lot of them, definitely not in 4 years.
Generals (4-star) have been in the service for ~40 years. Assuming the rot is in all of the general ranks, we would need to rely on Colonels to fill the slots. Colonels average around 22 years in service. It may take up to 20 years to remove the rot.

I work with F/A-18s (training systems). Women tend to have better hand eye coordination and fine motor control and can handle more g's so they make great pilots. Their eyesight is usually better also.. They also don't feel the urge to put themselves in dick measuring contests to see who can bring their bird closer to the ground without crashing and have better safety records.
That being said, they often struggle in leadership positions because they won't "tell" they often ask. The trainer pilots often have to tell their women trainees to get in the mens faces and give orders like they "expect" them to be followed when they are running squadrons.
Well the thing about the pilots is that you want them to be so well trained they are never in a situation where their adrenaline is going. They spend so many hours in the sims and doing training flights that every combat mission is just another day of work to them. We want them to be bored in flight. The only rush they should get is during carrier takeoff. Go look up some flight recordings of F/A-18 missions and listen to the tone of the pilots during the mission. They are cool as cucumbers the entire time. If they are ever in a situation that gets their blood pumping something has gone terribly wrong.
I've never heard anything about men / women handling the crisis scenarios differently since the pilots are specifically trained out of them so I'm not sure. It doesn't matter that much though because human pilots are being phased out in favor of AI and remote controlled.
Short answer: no, we do not. Make no mistake: there have been enough men and women put through pilot training paces that the data surely exists to make comparisons on a rock-solid statistical basis. But I doubt such a report could be written today.

I work with F/A-18s (training systems). Women tend to have better hand eye coordination and fine motor control and can handle more g's so they make great pilots. Their eyesight is usually better also.. They also don't feel the urge to put themselves in dick measuring contests to see who can bring their bird closer to the ground without crashing and have better safety records.
That being said, they often struggle in leadership positions because they won't "tell" they often ask. The trainer pilots often have to tell their women trainees to get in the mens faces and give orders like they "expect" them to be followed when they are running squadrons.

Well the thing about the pilots is that you want them to be so well trained they are never in a situation where their adrenaline is going. They spend so many hours in the sims and doing training flights that every combat mission is just another day of work to them. We want them to be bored in flight. The only rush they should get is during carrier takeoff. Go look up some flight recordings of F/A-18 missions and listen to the tone of the pilots during the mission. They are cool as cucumbers the entire time. If they are ever in a situation that gets their blood pumping something has gone terribly wrong.
I've never heard anything about men / women handling the crisis scenarios differently since the pilots are specifically trained out of them so I'm not sure. It doesn't matter that much though because human pilots are being phased out in favor of AI and remote controlled.

This is America where women and men can choose to do whatever regardless. That said, the psychical standards need to be strictly set to Male. If women want to make it, they need to meet that standard. It's bad enough the five branches already did for standard enlistments and officer commissionings. We can't lower the standard for SEALS or Marine Sniper (which a woman actually did complete) and yes becasue they ain't right in the head, keep the trannies off the battlefield unless they can pass a rigorous mental fitness test.
