I'm a woman and I couldn't care less when a group of men and women get referred to by masculine terms. Especially since 99.9999% of women could not be as effective a Navy Seal as most men. What are they going to do next, ban the word "fraternity"? I work in a male dominated industry. During meetings I may be one of only a couple women or the only one. I don't care that it's called "man hours" or any of that shit. I just want to be respected for my actions and abilities like anyone else (provided that I deserve it of course).
