It's the only good part of this. Just got home last night after being evacuated (again, another year another evacuation). They stopped the fire 1/4 mile from our home. Ash everywhere, my house stinks to high heaven.
It's a nightmare how smoky it is, you can't go outside for more than a minute without choking. I can't wait to get the fuck out of here!
If his property does get burned, I'd be willing to bet his insurance will pay 10x the value of the property.
