To be fair, there have always been a large number of black cyclists and they're not ghetto dwellers. Probably 2/3 of big-city blacks are in inner-ring suburbs or outer-ring enclaves rather than the inner city.

I'm gonna guess just like any other small bike shop the prices are really high
