This will cost them nothing. Do you think someone in the hood wants/needs/ is willing to buy their bike? They are appealing to the morally superior liberals who are their target market. Hope they fall on their asses.

To be fair, there have always been a large number of black cyclists and they're not ghetto dwellers. Probably 2/3 of big-city blacks are in inner-ring suburbs or outer-ring enclaves rather than the inner city. Your point about the program appealing to shit-for-brains whites is very true.

Yes, but the black cyclists that can afford those bikes, are going to be sooo offended. I know many. They will not be happy about what this days if what the company thinks about them. They can’t make it without a hand up.
