I honestly didn't know the finals were on, I haven't watched a game of basketball, football or hockey in 2020. Amazing actually... Bunch of overpaid babies need to be voted out too

I was weak - I set out to watch my lifelong NFL team's game week 1, fell asleep on the couch around halftime with them winning 17-0, woke up with a minute left in the game and they're losing 27-17. I took it as a sign, and haven't watched a minute of any of it since.

Doesn't matter, they are just Chinese propaganda paid for by other means. They do not need viewers. They can literally have no income and keeps this up for YEARS without harm.

Of course they can, trust me, they will be doing this forever, its never going away and China has an unlimited budget to keep it going.

I disagree - what you're not factoring in, is that the reason the Chinese will pay big money to host and broadcast NBA games is because they aspire to what they consider to be the most desirable aspects of American culture. When the NBA stops being that, they won't want it either. They could watch chinese guys play basketball, if it were just a matter of liking basketball.

Its a propaganda outlet for them. People who give pro sports money in any fashion are among the dumbest out there and are easily susceptible to communist propaganda.

I can't watch Lebron James. He is such an arrogant pinhead.

I wonder if they're also going to be included in the Left's plan to tax them their "faiuh shaiuh." My guess is they're not. China's probably providing them money laundering services for them.

China's LeBron.

If he wasn't selling millions of slave-made tennis shoes, China would not even let him use a restroom in China.

The most rotten team, in a rotten league.

Apr 27, 2020 The Los Angeles Lakers, one of the NBA's richest franchises, applied for and received $4.6 million in federal loan aid earmarked for small businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Disgusting, from top to bottom.

The league, they certainly do "favor" the big media center teams.

2002 playoff game between the Lakers and Sacramento Kings, the game Tim Donaghy says was rigged by two referees in favor of the Lakers.

The Lakers, who beat Sacramento 106-102 in that game in Los Angeles, shot 27 free throws in the final quarter and scored 16 of their last 18 points at the line.

A poorly officiated Game 6 in the 2001-02 Western Conference finals cost the team a chance to eliminate the Los Angeles Lakers and move onto the NBA Finals.

Before the current season started, and before it stopped and the restarted, most assumed the fix was in for one of the L.A. teams to "win".

Nothing new.
