I hope when he recovers he tweets about how it was nothing, easy peasy. Only bad if you have health complications.

can't leave the upstairs

Screw that. He said he'd quarantine, not be a shut in. I want to see tweets of him quarantining on the beach and on the golf course. Fresh air and sunshine!

Assuming he even shows any symptoms. With how reliable the tests have been, it's just as likely it's a common cold or even less symptomatic coronavirus, if it's not just a false positive.

I've only heard of two people "dying of" the coof in my IRL sphere, both second hand accounts, both sick old people already on death's door just waiting for the ole reaper to give em a little nudge.

I don't personally know anyone that's even gotten sick with it, although I'd be shocked if I haven't encountered anyone that was either minimally symptomatic or asymptomatic but still poz.

Granted, I got a flu-like thing early January after contact with a person in a shop that also got a flu-like thing from a guy that had just come back from a motorcycle tour of central China...

To be fair, not like they could tell you if they died from it.

People LARP having had it on all sides also.

Chances of him an Melania both producing a false positive at the same time seem slim.

A hit on a similar but not SARS-COV-2 coronavirus is still a false positive. Coronaviruses in general are very common.
