Vitamin D won't do anything if you just start taking it. It needs months to build up in your system. While it is extremely important for COVID, you need to take it regularly. So start right now with a high dose.

I wouldn't say it wouldn't do anything at all. It might need months to reach peak levels but any amount is helpful.

Look at the study they did in Spain recently. Patients were already hospitalized with coronavirus. They began giving one group Vitamin D and another control group nothing. The Vitamin D group had fantastic results.

Ideally, you want to be taking it before acquiring a virus or illness. But to say it's useless or insignificant if you begin taking it after acquiring the illness is simply untrue.

It is days not months.

Technically is 'calcifediol' which is one of things you liver produces while breaking down the vitamin D.

This study used 'calcifediol' directly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8Ks9fUh2k8

Hearing a lot of people assuming he’s already not been taking this stuff for awhile already. Just because he doesn’t announce to the world what he’s taking each week doesn’t mean he hasn’t been smart enough to take them. In fact it’s probably a minor security risk for him to say what he’s taking on the regular
