I don't know about healthier, but he obviously has strong genetics. But he is certainly overweight/obese, and very likely has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and possibly even prediabetes. He would do well to start eating healthier and exercising.

Idk what you’re talking about. Trump just wraps his massive penis around his waist like a belt and he has to wear larger pants as a result

Can’t believe you got downvoted for that. He was a lot trimmer during the first campaign and is definitely overweight. Hyper tension, high cholesterol are super common at that age when you’re overweight.

Now he doesn’t have any major illnesses as far as we know so it’s not like he’s unhealthy.

He’s just not “peak performance”

The teetotaler stuff probably has helped him throughout his life

Hypertension in general is common in the world right now. A lot of factors go into it, too, not just weight or sodium intake.

I'll give you that he's overweight but he is not obese. Highly doubt he has diabetes, otherwise he wouldn't be able to talk for such long periods of time.

He'll be fine.

Medically they don't seem to distinguish between the two anymore.

Unfortunately, our country has very poor health standards and many Americans are in fact obese, and it's not as uncommon as you may think because our off-the-cuff standards are so skewed. We tend to think people that are obese are just overweight, and people that are trim and healthy are too skinny. However, there is a difference between obesity and morbid obesity. Trump is not the latter, but very likely may be the former. Lastly, prediabetes isn't full-blown diabetes. But at his age, with the foods that he is known to eat, it would be almost impossible for anyone to not have some amount of blood sugar dysregulation.

He isn’t obese, he’s over weight. However he’s got more energy than every single one of 74 year olds despite so much pressure and not much sleep. I think he will be just fine.
