I don't know about healthier, but he obviously has strong genetics. But he is certainly overweight/obese, and very likely has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and possibly even prediabetes. He would do well to start eating healthier and exercising.

He’s also a lot healthier than most people his age.
He didn’t drink or so drugs. No known hospitalizations.
