Unfortunately, our country has very poor health standards and many Americans are in fact obese, and it's not as uncommon as you may think because our off-the-cuff standards are so skewed. We tend to think people that are obese are just overweight, and people that are trim and healthy are too skinny. However, there is a difference between obesity and morbid obesity. Trump is not the latter, but very likely may be the former. Lastly, prediabetes isn't full-blown diabetes. But at his age, with the foods that he is known to eat, it would be almost impossible for anyone to not have some amount of blood sugar dysregulation.
