I hope I’ll be brief. I don’t wear a mask. My husband and I were in a store today, not wearing masks. The cashier (wearing a mask because I think he had to by his employer’s policy) looked at us and just exploded about how fed up he is. He cited a bunch of stats to evidence coronavirus doesn’t warrant what’s going on. He said he has never cared about politics until now, then ranted about how the Democrats have been texting him everyday about his ballot and bitching about Trump on the news. During that part of the conversation he literally said “what the fuck is going on.” He culminated with saying he has his kids to worry about.

I was relieved but also saddened. I just want to say. Stay strong, everyone.
