He is not really at a much elevated risk. He might be old, but he lacks the ~2.6 average comorbidities. He is quite healthy for a person in his age. He is not frail, he has body mass, his brain is working fine, he is energetic. The people who die to Covid are people who are already on the fringe of death. He is far from it.
And it's not even clear what his symptoms will be - it can range from nothing to mild symptoms for a day. This is the most likely outcome.
Don't worry about him, just worry about the propaganda, demoralization and smears that will result from this. The left goes rabid over this.

Interesting. I have blood type 0- as well. I was infected in March and I had mild symptoms for 1 day (no fever). It was very distinct from anything I had before and the timing was fitting, so I knew it had to be Covid.
Of course not. Testing was near impossible at that time, and they only did it if you had visibly strong symptoms. Everything was overcrowded. People were in paranoia mode. My company wanted me to get tested, but it was not possible and actually I didn't really wanted to because it was redundant.
As of later I didn't bother because it doesn't matter. It's: Wear a mask bigot, even if you are immune!
Their biggest worry now is that Trump is going to destroy their black plague narrative and show therapeutics (HCQ, Zinc) work and masks don't do shit. He'll get a lot of sympathy from normal sane people. He'll come out looking strong and powerful. All this a couple weeks before the election.
Except they probably test Trump at least twice a day. With that early of a detetction, the doctors have a ton of treatment options. Since this is the POTUS we're talking about, you can be assured that he will have access to the highest quality resources. There will also have been multiple redundant tests to rule out any such possibility.

We're talking about the PotUS here, so you can be dang sure they're going to run another one; I'm just saying don't be too surprised if you hear in a few hours that we're all worked up over nothing.

My first cousin and her husband are both 73 YO, same as POTUS, and both are in great health.
He got a nasty cough, was tested positive via PCR test, but no treatment, full recovery. My cousin (his wife) never had symptoms and was not PCR tested.
