I think my theory makes more sense:

https://thedonald.win/p/HYGk3O4O/theory-we-all-expected-biden-to-/c/

We all expected BIDEN to claim he had COVID to skip the debates - What if Trump was supposed to come down with it a couple of days ago?

What if some Deep State staffer (the latest Vindman, Ciaramella or "Anonymous") tried to infect Trump a week or so ago so that the first debate would be cancelled, too?

Trump very likely already had Covid on debate night - immune systems are weird, it could have easily taken a few days longer than they anticipated to show up on tests, especially if they only had access to an obvious go-between like Hope Hicks. If only she contracted it, Trump would have likely had to quarantine anyway, and thus cancel the debate.

I kept thinking Biden seemed almost surprised to be up there on Tuesday.

From their perspective, Trump actually getting Covid plays much better than Biden pretending to because Biden's health is already a huge concern and it would draw more attention to his advanced age (78) and health issues because he's in a very risky demographic for Covid.

This sounds like a conspiracy theory, but the timing is very weird... Covid's been around 9 months, he's been campaigning for months, but he finally gets Covid right at the beginning of the debates, in the election homestretch???

Schumer just said the other day (~ Sept 23rd), “Everything is on the table“.

[Will find/make link on another platform later.]

Wasn't Biden in the same room for 90 minutes?

Still, the next debate is definitely off, a win for the Dems

Loiuzein 21 points ago +21 / -0

Yeah but they didn't slather his podium in effluent, only Trump's. They didn't want a handshake cause they didn't want their boy to get the Spooky Coof

They can do it using zoom or Skype.

Chick-fill-eh 9 points ago +9 / -0

Thus allowing any amount of manipulation or deep fake.

6
glow-operator-2-0 6 points ago +6 / -0

Live deep fakes require a lot of processing power.

6
Chick-fill-eh 6 points ago +6 / -0

What if (totally hypothetically) Google, Amazon, Huawei, or Disney were on a particular candidates side?

It's not perfect, but look at the manipulation your phone can pull off live (in snapchat etc)

1
glow-operator-2-0 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't use snapchat, but video manipulation takes a shit ton of computing power, especially live / real-time bullshit.

And if you've ever been a project manager, you'd know how hard it is to keep things secret when working on a project, let alone getting everyone to do their shit efficiently.

Go try snapchat to see what a tiny device can do in real time. (It's all computed locally). Now imagine what a cell phone could do if the app was optimized for a single user, instead of millions of differently shaped people.

No need to keep things secret if the tech is being used by millions to send each other cute messages. Workers wouldn't even know they are doing something nefarious.

People on site can compare the live scene with what's behind displayed.

Also allowing Biden to use a teleprompter, which he has been caught doing on other zoom meetings.

3
Chick-fill-eh 3 points ago +3 / -0

You still believe the hype. There could have been thousands of people in the room, but only the person who touched the podium would have a chance of getting it.

Not necessarily. The next debate is October 15. That would be day 13/14 of Trumps quarantine. It could happen.

I thought hope Hicks got it and he got it from her.

I don't really care either way. At this point giving someone COVID isn't really as threatening as it would've been 5 months ago

7
Choomguy 7 points ago +9 / -2

It wasn’t threateng 5 months ago either. What are you on about.?

13
mbarnar 13 points ago +15 / -2

It was more lethal because nobody knew how to treat it so they were just throwing anyone with it on a ventilator.

3
DLane1 3 points ago +4 / -1

It was never very "lethal". Like all respiratory viruses, co-morbities, age and weakened immune status are the larger contributors to mortality i.e. why tens of thousands of people die from flu each year.

POTUS & FLOTUS will be just fine, they may not even show any symptoms as the current tests are worthless. They will be able to get actual viral culture testing, not the indirect RT-PCR and seroconversion tests that are in widespread use.

mbarnar 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't think you're understanding what I'm saying.

While the virus isn't different, our reaction to it is. 5 months ago they were just intubated anything that walked & had COVID. This most likely hurt more than it helped. The sad reality is there were probably a lot of preventable deaths early on if people hadn't freaked out.

Now that doctors understand this and they're not going over the top, it-and the medical reaction, are not going to be as dangerous.

1
DLane1 1 point ago +1 / -0

Intubating anyone, including a healthy person, leads to serious health problems. Reactions naturally vary based on individual health status, but 99% will suffer no serious consequences from SARS-CoV-2 exposure. POTUS & FLOTUS will be just fine.

6
Jackhererer 6 points ago +6 / -0

I heard she tested positive for it first. Potus and flotus quarantined themselves and got tested when they heard the news while waiting for the results.

True

Yes, 100% is indeed a high probability.

It’s sound logic and reasoning. If the next debate is called off I’m fine with that since the CSPAN stooge who’ll moderate is a former Biden underling. He’ll be Cuck Wallace 2.0!

7
ult8891 7 points ago +7 / -0

Considering what has happened so far these past three years, I'd believe it.

OGAmerica 3 points ago +3 / -0

How about we go further back to when CHYNA released this from a lab...

FuckRioters 3 points ago +3 / -0

While I'd put nothing past the left, I might want a little more to go on than speculation.

3BagFullFarm 2 points ago +2 / -0

A positive will result from this. Everyone needs to quit clutching their pearls and mumbling to themselves.

2
AnointedVisions 2 points ago +4 / -2

I really don't think that. He got the corona. He's a human being. It happens. He will be fine.

1
Holeinone 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wouldn’t be the first time. Reminder that Dan Savage had the flu and bragged about licking doorknobs in an attempt to infect a Republican Congressional Candidate.

1
honolulu_blue 1 point ago +1 / -0

I will say this. If they can't figure this one out through contact tracing, then contract tracing is BS.

PezzShivers -8 points ago +6 / -14

This is worse than Q bullshit

Jimmy_Russler 4 points ago +4 / -0

Right, they would never infect a podium used by the establishment's greatest adversary

It really is. If it was tagged "shitpost" I could upvote it
