9 out of 10 positive cases are only reporting traces of RNA that could be associated with Wuflu, and do not indicate an actual infection. The PCR tests amplify traces to a ridiculous extent. That’s what almost everyone who tests positive has zero symptoms.

If the tests actually reported only infections, the precious “case numbers” would be next to nothing and there’d be no more panic.

Right. There are a number of different coronaviruses. some cause common cold symptoms and the RNA is indistinguishable at this point. If you had any sort of coronavirus infection, you have the RNA fragments and will test positive.

The president also tweeted: "The First Lady and I are waiting for our test results. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!" Which means it wasn't the rapid test, which means it's more likely to give a false positive. Still, they might have a smidge or more of the virus. I really wish they were either taking HCQ once a week the whole time as a prophylaxis instead of just that two weeks a long time ago. Or Quercetin/zinc which is what I've been taking for over a month. Either should keep the viral load way down. As much as I was anxious about this turn of events, I hope they have time to spend some quality time together.

Popping positive on the PCR test is hardly an “infection” though. They need to do a blood draw.
