The debates, when we have breaking news, whenever something happens and pieces need unbiased news, half of us can't get here. This site is sufficient for 90% of the time. But the other 10%, it seems to be under-provisioned. Unfortunately, you have to plan your code and your infrastructure for those high-traffic exceptions. I get it, I'm a software developer myself. There are DDoS attacks and spikes in traffic that cause issues. It's happened with some of my sites, too. It happens to everyone. But it should only happen one or twice before it's addressed. What needs to happen to fix this? Is it a money issue?
