The mental toll of the quarantine and restrictions on visitors and socialization has been far far worse than the virus.

That was a rough week where I did think I was dying and had no idea it was just from the air being so dry it was evaporating any moister in the back of my throat immediately. That was a week of no sleep at all and everytime I got up and started feeling like I might be able to sleep I'd go back to the bedroom to lay down and get worse again. Good thing I figured out what was happening before going to the Dr and getting unnecessary meds.
