You wouldn't have artillery isolated and susceptible to a sudden strike from speedy land forces who can close with it rapidly, or from the air. So air-based artillery will need the same considerations. Its silly to discard tools useful in almost all military scenarios over the last 40-50 years over a niche concern that can be safeguarded against.
