I don't want to be alarmist but if we talk about a possible coup against GEOTUS, wouldn't it be an opportunity for the traitors to do it in the next 14 days, like "oh no he is in a coma because of covid for the rest of the year"?

You can put someone in a coma for something unrelated with covid. Covid would become a nice cover.

No. Simply preventing him to participate to the election. Or to portray the president as unable to do its job so better vote for the democrats.
