Soros is the only one with enough balls (qty, not size) to be so brazenly open about his NWO aspirations. He "openly" funds (easily traceable) terrorist organizations globally. I'd say he's a special kind of fucked up oligarch, as most of them have vested interests in their own industries, whereas Soros' industry is destruction and unrest.
