Purely from a persuasion standpoint the more people besides Trump that push this the better for Trump. It fits into confirmation bias based on their actions as you've mentioned. It's a chance for people to recognize the evil that is festering within their party.

Not entirely impossible, but 2-3 days is the very early extreme of the incubation period. Stranger things have happened, and the dems are shifty little snakes like that. Definitely wouldn't be out of character to have 'accidentally' placed an 'unsanitized' mic in front of the president.

Why not infect him with something that is actually dangerous, if that was their plan? Also, shouldn't the Secret Service be protecting him from someone infecting something he might touch? Is it just a coincidence that Hope HIcks got infected first? This conspiracy theory seems like a bit of a stretch.
