A culture that has no family structure, does not value education; financial independence, creating a better life for the next generation, being punctual, postponing gratification or striving to be better. But its the "system's" fault. Time for a reality check, some personal responsibility, and to shine a light on this degeneracy that has been passed off as "culture".

The thing is that it wasn't like that pre-1960s. Even as soon as slavery was abolished, black people looked for and reunited with their separated families and became very successful and driven entrepreneurs (including women too, like Madam C.J. Walker). The welfare state of the 60s thanks to the Johnson administration ensured that they became dependent on the state and mothers kicked dads out of the house because of the financial incentives that came with government assistance. That disease is now spreading to the rest of society. Removing fathers from the house is the single biggest factor that creates degeneracy within a culture.

It's important to stress that this is not an inherent trait of the black community and for anyone to insinuate that (not you specifically, but in general) plays right into the deranged critical race theorists' blatantly bigoted and outright false assertion that family values, individualism, personal responsibility, etc are forms of "whiteness" as if that's something not natural to non-whites. If any systemic racism does exist, it would be because of policies that the left have created. And more government intervention would obviously not be the solution.
