You can get a quality :30 second spot produced for about 5-10K.
And airtime can even run as cheap as hundreds of dollars depending on the time of day.
Those same :30 second spots could be blasted on their social media's etc... as well.
The goal is to inflate their ranks. The more members they have the stronger they are.
Edit: In fact, air time is even more cheap if you taget zones that aren't in major cities... if PB recruited from these zones it would be cost effective and in a way, hilariious to make big city libs feel like they are being surrounded.
Where would they get money for that? TV ads are expensive.
