I've always thought that this should be the punishment for false hate crime and false rape accusations: Take what your perpetrator would have gotten, divide it in half, add that half to the original sentence and add another 5 years for good measure. So let's say her 'attacker' would have gotten 10 years, take 10, divide 10 in half that's 5, add that 5 that's 15 and add the other 5 so she would deserve 20 years.
In a perfect world, but I remember a case of a doctor that raped a patient and then used a tube of someone else's blood (inserted into his own body) to pass a DNA test.

Simpler way to put that would be "time and a half + 5 years"
