people that would have seen him are going to vote for him, so it's not like he loses anything by not campaigning.

I think after the 2 weeks of quarantine, hopefully he can have the 2nd debate, as that is his best chance of reaching independent voters.

bit hypothetically if there's no second debate, and he doesn't campaign, does anyone agree he doesn't lose anything because the people that would have seen him speak will vote for him?

He most certainly will lose something by not campaigning for two weeks. Nobody rallies the troops and lifts people's spirits like Trump does. But, it won't change the outcome of the election. He will certainly drop VA, CO, and maybe NM/NV from his schedule. He will focus on locking up PA, WI, MI, and MN.

Trump's greatest strength is his ability to plan his life like a racer plans the Tour de France. You don't win every Stage. You ease up on the flats and finish with the Peloton. You conserve for the tough Mountain Stage.

Trump is a winner. He checks his ego at the door of each Stage of a competition. People (especially his opponents) simply don't get that about him.

"Undecided voter" is the most ridiculous concept.

I refuse to believe anyone could be that stupid (and admit it?).

If you are undecided at this point please stay the hell home and do us all the favor of being apolitical.

He should just live stream but he cannot do that from a hospital.

I'm talking about in person. He's in the WH quarantining. He isn't going anywhere.
