300,000 dollars a year in perpetuity, just to call white people racist to their face in a predominantly liberal state/county? Let that sink in.

Yeah, thankfully so far, the company i work for takes it no farther than a statement in the handbook that is pretty much standard for the world. No discrimination based on....etc. again, so far....

E.t.a. its amazing that people find that their paycheck is more important to them than the reality of this subject. That they would allow themselves to be preached at and torn down at a very base, and spiritual level so as to maintain their income at the cost of their integrity and honor. I do understand why, but if we as a nation refused to participate in listening to this garbage, even at the cost of temporary joblessness, we would not have ever gotten to this place we find ourselves in now. If that shit comes to my place of employment, i will make a very public, and directed statement about the origins of this bullshit, and walk right out after. No fucks given, i just dont care anymore, on this level, to have my honor and my integrity questioned by those who could'nt care less about me or my family on a personal level, and that would use my talents, and my sweat, even blood, to turn a profit, just to turn around and lecture me about something they know absolutely nothing about.

Also keep in mind, this is Los Angeles. Cost of living is crazy higher than the rest of the country. That 300k would probably be just below the poverty line there...

Sadly, this is probably true. My father and his siblings sold their parents house 20 years ago in ventura countyfor 600,000. That same house where i am now would be worth 200,000 today. Lord knows what it is worth today, and it needed a whole new roof back then.

There's a lot of work, like giving community grants to rioters, making sure Critical Race Theory is taught in first grade, and scheduling trannies to read books to the kids in the libraries.
