"A footnote in the majority opinion notes, “Our decision leaves open many avenues for the Governor and Legislature to work together to address this challenge and we hope that this will take place.”..

Yups this is a hollow victory.

The headline was GREAT the details tell the actual story.

The orders stay in effect for 21 days.

The Mich SC is advising her and the legislature that the process of implementing the orders was not lawful NOT the orders themselves. So she will approach it another way, continue the same orders and we are back to square one.

Its fuckery on a grand scale.

So what does that mean then? They're going to force the Republican controlled house to pass her EOs into law and we'll still be under the control of her tyranny?
