I can’t say I necessarily believe this. She’s dead so he can assert she shot and he didn’t at trial as a defense. This of course would mean the police would have found a gun on her or with her dna or prints in it because after all, she was dead. What we need to know is if they did any residue testing in her hands. I can’t imagine they would have settled the civil suit for $12m if there was any evidence they could use to argue she was shooting at officers.
