guys I’m legit having a panic attack! We cannot lose him! If he’s gone every thing we know and love follows! We cannot let this fucking bullshit take him from us!

What can you do about it right now? Nothing, it’s out of your control. The best thing you can do is carry on with your normal routine.

I’m not the one panicking but yes, that’s not a bad suggestion. OP can pray if that’s his/her sort of thing.

Have faith. I do addiction counseling and today's "Just for Today" reading is on Keeping Faith. I'll link to it. It's fitting:

going to the hospital as an extreme caution, not in response to his current condition, but pray for him still

He's not going to die from COVID. He's incredibly healthy for his age and has the best medical care on the planet. His chance of survival is probably that of someone in the lower age bracket @ 99.5% That's 1 in 200 fatality

say it with me... 99% 99% 99%

It's time to start behaving as if you believe those stats.

He has a higher chance of a coronary, but you don't worry about that day-on-day.

We're not "losing him". He was taken to the hospital as a cautionary measure
