No because they assume everything is just theater and the end result would be the same no matter who is in office. Voat? 2018 happened because there wasn't good GOP turnout. And even then we still increased the Senate lead and secured some governorships. The house was lost but it didn't much to flip it anyway - and they don't hold that much of a lead. 20-25 seats might flip it back.
If that is a blue wave then they've got work to do.

Democrats had 10 million more votes in 2018, and that was without mail in voting.
