I thought that was true with Rand Paul. There even was an interview where he explained to the reporter that he, without a mask, is safer to be around than others with masks. But then I saw that he was wearing a mask walking outside the whitehouse after Trump's big speech.

What gives? Did he just get tired of explaining it to people?
