In her perceived reality, Joe Biden is a great candidate for President and a Donald Trump is a bad orange man and everyone knows that. But in reality, the opposite is true, people she speaks to know that Joe Biden is unfit for office and has seen the video evidence that's he's a creepy pervert child molester. The effects (or "symptoms") of Cognitive Dissonance: The brain invents a reason why this is happening, ergo everyone she talks to is being misinformed by a "propaganda machine".
