Sounds like the pumps aren't commonly offered in countries with socialized medicine due to their expense and likely why favored nations pricing doesn't make a difference there.
Check out good rx app, it shows you the change in price, my husband’s went down 88%. Not quite as cheap as water, but close. It’s fun to look up random drugs on there just to see what’s going down.
