Tbh it did look he was on oxygen when he walked to the chopper, you could see a tube. Apparently it's routine for med patients when they're in the air?

Oxygen requires a pressurized tank.

Anyway, there may have been a time they put an oxygen tube on him. I fail to see how that makes any difference as it’s such a common thing. Pure oxygen will give a boost to anyone at any time.
