So my latest protection for them is spray on gorilla glue the most adhesive kind so if they grab the sign to turn it upside down it will bond to their hand instantly

It's glue like you find on mouse traps. I wont use it anymore because I have had to unstick too many birds in the rafters

Some in my town have taken to using very tall ladders and nailing them up in the trees.
