Im finishing Wasteland 2...but I am finding it hard to finish, it just doesn't have the hook to me that Fallout 2 did. Especially after playing Tyranny, man the story telling in that is stellar and its world building. Wasteland 2 I feel is dragging on, which its kinda pushing me from not getting Wasteland 3 (Though i would totally join the Cult of the Gipper in the game).
