I was able to download the file from the link on Virtual Machine and also an emulated android. It's ransomware and steals all your stored passwords, emails, credentials etc. On pc it will ask for money, on android it just steals all your shit.
If you have porn on your device it will probably use it to blackmail you on Facebook.
If you have it on your phone it will likely take pictures of you. So if you're jacking off be warned dudes.
