I’m 29, never smoked once, never did drugs, never took any pharmaceutical drugs, and zero alcohol aside from trying it one or two times and I feel like shit every day lol. I’m also not overweight at all. Oh yea and no sodas either since childhood.

Sounds like we are similar. Clean eating makes such a difference for me. Cutting out the junk/fast food makes my workouts better too. Still working on improving my sleep though.

Quality of sleep or need for sleep are a huge factor. If you sleep 7-8 hours a night and still feel like shit, a sleep study is a great next step.

Trump supposedly only sleeps 4-6 hours a night and has the rare genetic mutation gives him more wakefulness and lets him be fully rested with less sleep than others... or he’s just a fuckin baller.

Yeah dude my biggest problem is gastrointestinal issues. I’ve got chronic problems that even docs couldn’t help with. I think it’s a mix of food allergies and excess acidity. As a result, I have a very limited diet, which means I don’t get the nutrients that humans need. So many foods make me sick, sucks man.

Feel you brother just recently got over stomach ulcers that I had for a year and that was acidic stomach 24/7. Hope someday you get to feeling better. Please don't give up trying with the doctors though you only need one breakthrough.

Noted, my man. I do spend a lot of time indoors working. Might be a D deficiency.

10k is a lot. Don't hyper-dose without your doctor's input. But take a supplement of it, for sure.

I’m similar, no drugs or anything (no alcohol) and I slept really well. I felt ok most of the time - not amazing energy.

The thing that launched me into what I call ‘big dick energy’ Was finding something that constantly challenged me, forced me to examine my weaknesses and fix them, and realize that I was my own worst enemy. It pushed me to constantly grow as a person.

Now I have unstoppable amount of energy. The sort that when I see a mountain of a challenge my first reaction is - that looks like fun let’s do it.

I think I have a similar thing that really ignites a spirit of challenge within me. It’s drawing. It’s when I’m working on a specific skill that I’m super interested in. I get hyper focused and sucked in. It’s amazing. Out of curiousity, what’s your thing?
