It is to people who lived through it. Ask anyone who lived in NYC in the 70s or 80s and they fucking love Giuliani. It was an even bigger shithole back then.

I'm not sure you've understood what libertarians stand for. Which is kinda fair seeing as how a lot of people who call themselves libertarian these days don't understand it either.
