I felt the same way when corona was coming out of China, there were lot of reports, a lot of fear porn, a lot of unknowns. I deleted Reddit and stopped reading the fake news on it.

Similarly this announcement came out and then there was a lull in information, and that void was filled by fake news, a lot of sources, anonymous andsited.

So turn off the news, stop browsing social media. Even this site with the shills and concern trolls. Go out and love your family and community, rake the yard throw the kids in the leaf pile. Everything will be OK.
