They only need to do it in 2-3 states that will be very close. Possibly the "delayed " acceptance of ballots will give them the tool to know exactly where it is needed and by how much.

Ballot harvesting should be illegal in all states but of course, Democrat states do it. Courts are now overturning this scheme and the final court is the SC if it gets that far.
