Wakanda was a fucking disaster, even in the comics. With fucking infinite alien space technology the citizens couldn’t get along and made tribal factions to fight each other... proving that no matter how much you give some groups, you can’t remove ghetto culture out of them.
I love hearing them say that Africa would have had their Wakanda had whites not arrived.
But Africa is the cradle of humanity. If Africans were gonna build their utopia, when did they plan on doing it? While Europeans, Arabs and Asians were creating math, science, philosophy, innovating technology, and building empires, Africans were...living in mud huts.
I think it has to do with their climate. They didn't have things like seasons and needing to prepare for the future. They didn't have things that required them to adapt and improve. They had a woman to fuck, an animal to hunt, and then once they were done their hunt they could lounge around for a few days before doing it all over again. They made sufficient improvements to do what they need, but after that? No real issues had to be solved or improved. Their environment was too easy to live in.
It makes sense TBH, whether you're looking at it from a biblical or evolutionist point of view. Humans evolved and adapted to their optimal conditions. Or they were created and placed in the place most optimal for them to survive and enjoy life. Either way they didn't have to do much to survive as life was too easy.
