Women are able to weed out the stupid men from the Chad's based on their mansplaning skills. The most desirable men will have a wide body of knowledge and be able to explain things without talking down to others and looking arrogant. Keeping men quiet and afraid to talk in social settings is just another way to socially engineer a dumber more compliant society.
