Unless he’s using a Morse code keyboard, in which case the letter L is actually .-.. if typed together, but that could be several different things with a gap in it..

Watch National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets. There is a scene with the Book of Secrets, and page 47 in the Book of Secrets is the key.
