That’s one thing the north has that’s not as common or popular in the south. Maple syrup. I went to Vermont for vacation, there’s a place called April’s Maple https://aprilsmaple.com/ they make fresh maple syrup. I highly recommend the amber colored syrup. It’s the best syrup I’ve ever had. It’s a little runny compared to cheap fake syrup though.
